Job Description

• Work with product, marketing, engineering, analytics, and finance teams to craft monetization experiences • Define and shape end-to-end monetization workflows • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs • Elevate the design culture and produce high-quality work that supports revenue growth

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product design roles
  • 3+ years of experience designing growth or monetization-related product experiences
  • Mastery of product design including prototyping, visual and interaction design
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and insights around pricing and payment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
