As a Benefit CSR Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping clients understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health benefits—all through secure Zoom meetings from the comfort of your home.
- Contact clients who have requested information regarding their benefits
- Schedule and conduct virtual benefit reviews via Zoom
- Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the enrollment process
- Complete accurate documentation and follow-up reports after each interaction
- Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
