Role Description

As a Benefit CSR Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping clients understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health benefits—all through secure Zoom meetings from the comfort of your home.

  • Contact clients who have requested information regarding their benefits
  • Schedule and conduct virtual benefit reviews via Zoom
  • Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the enrollment process
  • Complete accurate documentation and follow-up reports after each interaction
  • Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Basic computer proficiency for virtual meetings and digital documentation
