Role Description
This role involves leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs
- Define program scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities
- Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination
- Translate business requirements into structured technical execution plans
- Monitor program health and provide regular executive-level reporting
- Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and long-term sustainability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Requirements
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, hardware systems, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS environments
- Background in hardware-software integration programs
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
- Experience working within large enterprise or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar platforms
