Role Description

This role provides a strategic opportunity to lead and manage compliance programs across multiple regulatory domains, including healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti–money laundering. The Regulatory Compliance Manager will drive the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure the organization operates with integrity and meets legal obligations. Acting as a trusted advisor to business units, you will perform risk assessments, support investigations, and provide guidance to mitigate potential compliance issues. This position involves collaboration across Legal, HR, IT, Finance, and other departments, and offers the chance to influence organizational culture, enhance operational effectiveness, and maintain a strong framework for ethical conduct.

  • Draft, maintain, and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines across healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti–money laundering domains.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement action plans to mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver training programs to ensure employee understanding of key compliance standards.
  • Oversee transaction monitoring and third-party intermediary due diligence, including annual self-audits.
  • Provide guidance to subsidiaries and business units on compliance policies and emerging regulatory issues.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to address compliance matters, investigations, and remediation.
  • Support pre-acquisition due diligence and integration planning for new business ventures.
  • Prepare reports on compliance activities, investigations, and emerging challenges for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; licensed attorney preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Med Devices/Pharma compliance.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Anti-Corruption compliance and 2 years in Antitrust compliance.
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act) and global compliance frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to evaluate and audit compliance matters, identify operational gaps, and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
