- Lead the planning and implementation of a coordinated set of deliverables to meet client goals.
- Act as the primary driver of communication between project stakeholders.
- Resolve key issues, decisions, escalations, and risks in a timely manner.
- Track project finances to ensure on-budget delivery.
- Leverage AI technologies to improve project productivity and efficiency.
- Identify and fix deficiencies in processes for smoother implementations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing complex projects in a technical client-facing environment.
- Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to balance empathy and firmness with challenging customers.

- Results-oriented with excellent people and time management skills.
