Job Description
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design within complex informational domains, preferably healthcare or health tech
- Skilled in designing across platforms, including responsive web and native iOS/Android apps
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Proven success utilizing UX research to iterate and test designs
- Collaborative team player with strong partnership skills, able to work closely with product, engineering, marketing, content, and stakeholder teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders
- Experience coaching and mentoring designers
- Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic sensibility, visual design excellence, and a track record of successful UX/UI projects across diverse teams
