Job Description

• Define and maintain the multi-tier program architecture, govern policies globally while enabling regional flexibility. • Curate benefits catalog (discounts, rebates, MDF, financing), model economics, and refresh annually. • Launch Arrow Academy tracks, certifications, demo labs, and measure enablement KPIs. • Enhance ArrowOne portal with quoting, content, localized UX, and AI insights; drive adoption. • Implement new logo bonuses, cross-sell incentives, recurring revenue emphasis, loyalty points, lead pass, and campaign-in-a-box. • Ensure global consistency with local adaptation and multilingual support. • Establish Partner Advisory Councils and feedback programs. • Create operating model, publish advancement paths and eligibility rules. • Mid-market revenue growth and partner profitability uplift by tier. • Tier progression velocity (partners advancing per quarter).

Job Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in channel/distribution or vendor programs; proven record designing tiered global partner programs.
  • Experience building financial models for discounts/rebates/MDF and subscription/consumption motions.
  • Product/program leadership for partner portals with embedded analytics/AI; data-driven decisioning.
  • Comfort working across Supplier Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance/Arrow Capital, and regional teams.
  • Global launch experience with localization and governance.
  • Excellent communication; executive presence; ability to simplify complex programs and drive adoption.
