Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Product or Project Management / Systems Engineering
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
- Technical knowledge in software development methodologies
- Firm understanding of product management principles
- Extensive experience utilizing product and project management tools such as Aha! and/or Jira
- Experience in law enforcement / public safety
- Ability to research and analyze project requirements from various stakeholders
- Understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence data, financial data, and customer needs
- Build consensus among stakeholders
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team spread across multiple continents in a fast-moving environment
- Technical knowledge of Cloud services
- Extensive experience utilizing business management tools such as Google Workspace, Tableau, and similar tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a necessity
- Professional presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
- Capable of quickly evaluating and prioritizing projects
