Job Description

• Design and deliver impactful training programs • Lead partner onboarding • Coordinate regional enablement initiatives • Ensure partners are fully equipped to sell, implement, and expand Pigment successfully • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Global Partner Enablement • Bring regionally relevant programs to life

Job Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel management, or a related role.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment (Enterprise B2B preferred).
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience designing, delivering (virtual and in-person), and measuring training.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Delivery, and Professional Services.
  • Experience with LMS (Letter.AI,Skilljar) and CMS platforms, Notion, Consensus, Articulate, certification programs, and structured onboarding frameworks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of FP&A, technical knowledge of EPM, and planning software are a plus.
