• Develop and refine core Practice Analysis frameworks, including the Candidate Body of Knowledge • Conduct structured, evidence-based research into evolving investment practices across regions, asset classes and market structures • Develop and facilitate global advisory panels and subject matter expert working groups to capture practitioner insight at depth • Synthesise complex industry input into clear, defensible curriculum recommendations • Partner closely with Learning Content colleagues to ensure learning outcomes reflect how investment decisions are made in practice • Engage with senior investment professionals across markets to test assumptions and validate emerging themes • Support alignment across programmes and certificates, including areas such as private markets, private wealth, and emerging technologies in the investment process
