Job Description

• Develop and launch new Locum VMS and inhouse float pool system from ground up • Collect and analyze inputs and feedback from PracticeMatch customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products • Build and maintain product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision • Working with team leadership, define KPIs for your initiatives and manage and report on performance, keeping all stakeholders updated on progress and impact • Following the agile development process, break down initiatives to MVPs, write stories, and ensure clarity across product, design, and development teams • Ensure initiatives are delivered in a timely fashion and to specifications • Oversee user acceptance testing and lead launch planning and execution • Contribute to overall improvement of team processes • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision • Coach other product managers on best practices of product development process and project management • Assist product managers to set proper deliverables and timelines, while clearly setting expectations with senior management • Assist subsidiary senior management to translate their business needs into product roadmap • Help senior management to set reasonable expectation and understand the tradeoff among project scope, priority and delivery timelines

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related discipline strongly preferred
  • Minimum Experience: 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer for a healthcare recruiting related businesses
  • Able to drive a product feature from initiation through to launch and post launch analysis
  • Experience working with design and development teams in agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Previous work as a Scrum Master is highly preferred. CSM or CSPO is a BIG plus
  • Highly proficient at requirements definition and writing user stories
  • Proven ability to help teams improve processes and workflows
  • Experience with various agile tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
  • Data driven, familiar with Google Analytics or similar analytics package
  • Exceptional communications skills
