Role Description

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing complex client contracts, guiding large teams, and driving both operational excellence and business growth. You will act as the principal liaison to clients, ensuring delivery quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while influencing strategic decisions.

  • Lead and manage large teams, including managers and direct reports, to ensure organizational alignment and execution of business objectives
  • Oversee the delivery of contract services throughout the contract lifecycle, from business development to closure, ensuring quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin, and growth potential for a portfolio of contracts
  • Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships, providing strategic guidance and representing the organization in negotiations
  • Establish governance structures, processes, and communication channels across internal teams and with clients
  • Mentor and coach team members, supporting performance management and professional development
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify new business opportunities and expand offerings within existing accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degrees preferred
  • 10+ years of industry experience, including 3-5 years in client management or similar leadership roles
  • Proven track record managing large, distributed teams and multi-country or multi-product contracts
  • Strong technical knowledge, including networking and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), and familiarity with annuity or outsourcing services
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management, P&L accountability, and revenue growth
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills at executive levels
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and operational excellence in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
