Role Description

We’re hiring a Manager, Product Design to lead design across LTK’s native Creator and Consumer apps (iOS and Android). This is a high-leverage role at a pivotal stage of growth. We’re scaling our marketplace, evolving our product strategy, and moving fast.

  • Lead a small team of designers (3–4), raise the craft bar, and drive measurable business impact across both sides of our ecosystem.
  • Create clarity in ambiguity, build focus in moments of shifting priorities, and deliver high-quality work at pace.
  • Connect company strategy to day-to-day execution.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to shape direction, not just respond to it.
  • Accountable for your team’s growth, performance, and ability to ship work that drives activation, engagement, retention, and creator success.
  • Ideal for a people-first design leader who is hungry to grow, emotionally intelligent, and excited to inspire and develop a team while still staying close to product delivery and craft.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years designing digital products, including 2+ years directly managing product designers with full accountability for hiring, performance management, and team development.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a meaningful product area, with responsibility for both execution quality and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience building and strengthening design operations and team processes in a growing organization—bringing structure without slowing velocity.
  • Experience shipping high-quality native iOS and Android experiences in a mobile-first, consumer, or marketplace environment.
  • A track record of developing designers while raising expectations for product thinking, not just craft execution.
  • Proven ability to influence roadmap direction and proactively shape product strategy, not simply respond to defined requirements.
  • Strong product intuition and comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving strategy.
  • Experience using product and business metrics to evaluate impact, inform tradeoffs, and prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
  • A systems mindset that connects design systems, operating models, and product innovation to long-term scalability.
  • High standards for craft, accessibility, and cohesive mobile experiences.
  • Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows to increase clarity and speed.
  • Strong judgment in balancing foundational improvements with forward-looking innovation.

Benefits

  • The opportunity to be part of the leading global company in creator commerce.
  • A remote-first, productivity-first environment.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package to meet the needs of you and your family.
  • 401(k) with LTK company matching.
  • Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance.
  • Paid Maternity Leave and Paid Paternity Leave.
  • Summer Fridays and Flexible PTO.
