Job Description

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs aligned to revenue targets and GTM priorities. • Build persona-based campaigns targeting CISOs, IT Directors, security practitioners, MSPs, and channel partners. • Align campaign themes to product launches, competitive plays, and seasonal priorities. • Own EQL, MQL and pipeline generation goals for North America and Latin America. • Partner with Sales to ensure campaign alignment, follow-up SLAs, and opportunity acceleration. • Design mid- and bottom-of-funnel programs to improve conversion rates and deal velocity. • Activate campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, field marketing, partner programs, and retargeting. • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to develop compelling assets (eBooks, case studies, landing pages, webinars, videos). • Test and optimize messaging, offers, and channels to maximize ROI. • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI. • Analyze funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won) to identify optimization opportunities. • Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and spend allocation. • Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure proper attribution, lead scoring, and reporting accuracy. • Maintain campaign documentation and performance dashboards. • Support forecasting and quarterly planning processes.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience preferably within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or channel-first organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience running integrated, multi-channel campaigns in a complex buying environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing metrics and attribution models.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
