• Build and own end-to-end recruiting process for the company. • Build systems, processes and infrastructure and ultimately own full-cycle recruiting for roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A • Partner with founders and leadership to define hiring plans, headcount priorities, and role requirements aligned with company goals • Design and implement recruiting infrastructure, including ATS setup, interview processes and offer workflows • Source and close top talent, personally handling outbound sourcing, screening and offer negotiation for critical roles • Build hiring manager capability, coaching leaders on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and closing techniques • Ensure an excellent candidate experience, creating clear, consistent, and human processes from first touch to onboarding • Plan for scale, laying the foundation to hire additional recruiters or agencies as the company grows. • Work with third-parties as appropriate to balance fast and cost effective hiring.
