Role Description

We are looking for an Akeneo PIM Implementation Specialist to join our team!

Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Strategy, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evolving Product Information Management solutions using Akeneo. Working closely with business, technical, and client teams, you will help ensure high-quality, consistent product data that powers seamless product experiences across all channels.

Your mission:

• Define and implement efficient PIM solutions
• Ensure product data quality and governance
• Enable brands to deliver outstanding product experiences at scale

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the PIM/PXM strategy using Akeneo in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Design and implement product information management solutions aligned with business and omnichannel needs
• Ensure product data governance, quality, consistency, and compliance with standards
• Configure and customize Akeneo, including data models and workflows for enrichment, validation, and approvals
• Monitor product data performance and continuously improve product experiences across channels
• Implement and oversee data quality processes in line with Datmos standards
• Manage integrations between the PIM and internal/external systems (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, etc.)
• Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and scripts to enable seamless data exchanges
• Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption
• Train teams on Akeneo and PIM best practices and produce clear documentation

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience with Akeneo PIM implementation
• Experience in data quality process design and approval workflow
• Knowledge of web technologies (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and systems integration
• Strong communication, problem solving and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is an asset
• Proficiency in both English and French is required
