- 10+ years of experience in Paid Social with demonstrated success across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience managing teams, including senior individual contributors.
- Ability to clearly communicate and connect social strategies to broader marketing channels.
- Proficient in utilizing automation tools and analytics for measurement and growth optimization.
- Experience in financial management related to marketing channels; collaboration with finance teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively communicate with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
