About the Role
We’re hiring a GTM Systems Manager to own and improve our GTM tech stack. You’ll manage our CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools; build integrations and automations; and maintain data quality across systems. You’ll also support reporting that improves pipeline visibility and GTM performance. This is an individual contributor role with cross‑functional impact.
Responsibilities
Systems Ownership
Administer and optimize CRM, MAP, sales engagement, and enrichment tools
Maintain configurations, permissions, and workflows
Manage vendor relationships and user access
Integrations & Automation
Build and maintain integrations via native connectors, Workato, Zapier, or APIs
Create workflow automations to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy
Monitor sync health and resolve system errors
Data & Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, HubSpot, or BI tools
Support pipeline, funnel, and campaign performance reporting
Conduct ad hoc analysis for GTM leadership
Align data definitions with RevOps and Finance
Data Governance
Implement data hygiene and enrichment processes (Clearbit, ZoomInfo)
Maintain standards for field naming, validation, and completeness
Ensure compliance with data privacy and opt‑in rules
Cross‑functional Partnership
Work with Sales, Marketing, and CS to operationalize GTM processes
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
3–5 years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or similar technical role
Hands‑on CRM administration experience (Salesforce required)
Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms
Proficiency with automation/integration tools (Workato, Tray.io, Zapier, or APIs)
Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets required; SQL or BI a plus
Strong project management, communication, and documentation skills
Comfortable managing multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
- Location: Denver, CO or Remote (U.S.)
- Level: Individual Contributor
