• Product ownership: Own the product vision, roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, Billing, Revenue, Tax, Treasury, Cost Accounting, and FP&A enablement. • Solution Delivery: Perform hands-on functional configuration and system changes within Oracle Fusion Financials, including setups, controls, and process improvements. Lead end-to-end delivery including testing, training, documentation, quarterly upgrades, release readiness and production stability. • Active Business Partnership: Serve as the primary, hands-on IS&T partner and active escalation point for Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Audit. • Intelligent Automation Delivery: Design, implement, and drive AI and intelligent automation across close, billing, reconciliations, T&E, tax, and treasury processes, utilizing tools like Oracle AI and other automation frameworks. • Integrations: Collaborate with integration and engineering teams on extensions and integration of adjacent Finance applications (e.g., Concur, Payroll, Blackline, Workiva, Adaptive), providing functional leadership, validation, and business context. • Trusted Reporting: Understand Finance reporting & analytical requirements and provide strong financial and analytical expertise to define dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and insights using Oracle tools (BIP/OTBI) or by partnering with BI/Analytics teams. • Ensure SOX compliance, controls and audit readiness.
