Job Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant technical experience required
- Committee facilitation experience required
- Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks required
- Prior consulting experience preferred
- Relevant technology market intelligence and data industry experience preferred
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CISA, or a qualification in risk management or compliance)
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority as well as support cross-functional decision making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $87,000 – $112,000, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
