Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of both business operations and IT systems, with an ability to translate between the two domains.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Able to assess and articulate the impact of business decisions across organizational departments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with minimal supervision and make sound decisions under uncertainty.
- Able to comfortably operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Ability to demonstrate and support the 5 Company Core Values: Integrity, Advocacy, Commitment, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Excellence.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Must have the ability to easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes.
- Must have the ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders in a simple and comprehensible manner.
- Must understand the defect management and resolution process.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider 8+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, preferably in large-scale or enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in Agile environments, including writing user stories and working within cross-functional scrum teams.
- Prior knowledge/hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence preferred.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Platform is preferred.
- Must have experience operating in Agile SDLC, knowledge of Waterfall is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of process flow charting tools like Visio/LucidChart.
- Physical and Mental Demands
- Work extended hours when necessary.
- Up to 5% travel required.
- Work in a professional home environment using office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens.
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods.
