Job Description

This role is for someone who has hands-on experience building and optimizing email campaigns inside major ESPs and understands how email drives revenue. You will not just design emails — you will help execute strategy, improve performance, and proactively contribute ideas that impact client results. This role requires both creative execution and practical marketing judgment. This is a fully remote job. Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience designing and building emails inside ESP platforms (Klaviyo strongly preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused email work
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
  • Understanding of: Email segmentation Basic automation flows A/B testing fundamentals Email performance metrics
