Job Description

To support our continued growth and strengthen our performance marketing capabilities, we are looking for an Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across key acquisition channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with data, testing new strategies, and continuously improving campaign performance. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of advertising activities—from campaign setup to optimization and reporting—working closely with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, performance-driven growth. The position combines operational execution with strategic thinking and offers hands-on experience with advanced campaign optimization, automation, and data analysis. The position is remote, with occasional travel to our offices for team collaboration and company events. Key Responsibilities Set up, create, and launch advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels (with a primary focus on Google Ads). Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Test new strategies, creatives, targeting approaches, and bidding methods to improve results. Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and cost control. Develop scripts, automated rules, and workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency. Monitor search trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within paid channels. Data Analysis and Reporting Create and maintain performance reports using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, platform dashboards, and affiliate network reporting tools. Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and identify performance drivers. Support data-driven decision-making through clear analysis and recommendations. Provide regular performance updates and summaries to your manager and key stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with SEO, Content, Product, and Sales teams to align on growth priorities and campaign strategy. Collaborate on landing page improvements, messaging alignment, and user experience optimization. Share insights and learnings to support broader acquisition and conversion strategies.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, with strong expertise in Google Ads.
  • Solid knowledge of online advertising and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with campaign and web performance data.
  • Experience with reporting and analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Understanding of core digital concepts such as SEO, CRO, and user experience (UX).
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on performance improvement and experimentation.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (B1 level or higher).
  • Additional languages such as German, Spanish, and French are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, international, and cross-functional environment.

Benefits

  • Unlimited contract with competitive compensation (based on experience).
  • An energetic, driven, results-oriented environment with over 40 professionals including developers, marketers, affiliates, and analysts.
  • Professional growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding international project, with the opportunity to deepen your expertise in performance marketing and data-driven acquisition.
