Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation or on CPA track, preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting experience, preferred
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems and other accounting tools (Sage Intacct preferred)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in private equity sponsored entities, healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-entity environments
- Familiarity with audit processes and working with external auditors
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
