Job Description

• Manage internal financial planning and analysis activities regarding the internal reporting for the $1.5B Hybrid Sentinel Contract • Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of all contract cost and financial data • PMX System Administration and Leading of PMX Training (Train the Trainer role) • Construction of Reports and PowerBI dashboards to aid in the display of program information to both internal and potentially external audiences • Spearhead Sentinel Business Process Reengineering Efforts interacting with Sentinel program • Support monthly closing of financial key measurements (Revenue, Operating Income, Operating Cash Flow, etc…) • Participate in the development of program level processes and procedures to drive efficiencies • Significant interaction with the Program Manager, Business Managers, Contracts team, Customer, and various other functional or support organizations • Serve as liaisons between the Program Team and TDP project performing teams to perform financial research • Support new business proposal efforts, assisting pricing strategy and business case analysis as needed. • Support ad hoc requests by internal management and external customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Program Finance experience with multiple contract types
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel
  • PowerBi, PowerPivot and Advanced Data Reporting
  • Ability to Learn Python and other data analysis, manipulation and automation skills
  • Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to identify financial drivers and perform high level and detailed analysis
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • Able to work successfully in a team environment
  • Prior experience with government contracting industry.
  • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
