Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience highlighting a combination of onboarding, talent development, learning and development program management, experience with instructional design, and facilitation.
- 5+ years managing and developing high-performing Learning and Development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning technologies, Organizational Design, Talent Management or related field.
- You’ve designed and delivered onboarding training programs that support a growing global workforce for 1000+ employees.
- You’ve built multiyear roadmaps for impactful learning and development teams.
- You’ve developed and delivered curriculum and learning programs from scratch, have partnered with subject matter experts to do the same, and coached team members on developing those very same skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision-making and influencing.
- Advanced degree in Education, Learning technologies, Organizational Design, Talent Management or related field (preferred).
- A track record of program development that delivers business impact and positive ROI for the organization (preferred).
- Success at executing plans, project management, follow up, dealing with ambiguity, and adapting to rapid change (preferred).
- Experience with LMS administration, eLearning tools, or instructional design software (preferred).
- Instructional Design and/or Curriculum development certificates (e.g. CPLP, ATD) (preferred).
