Job Description

As part of our seasonal HR recruiting team, you’ll play a key role in managing high-volume staffing for our JostensPIX school photography business nationwide. Drive high-volume seasonal hiring by actively sourcing, screening, and tracking top talent to meet JostensPIX staffing goals in a fast-paced environment. Connect with local recruiting resources to maximize candidate outreach. Review resumes and identify top candidates efficiently. Manage applicant tracking and ensure a seamless hiring process. Coordinate and schedule interviews with speed and precision. Conduct engaging and professional phone screens. Confidently make verbal job offers to secure top talent. Communicate professionally with candidates, including sending timely turndown notifications. Keep the hiring process on track by monitoring key recruiting metrics and providing real-time updates. Track applicant flow, including applications, interviews, and hiring status. Monitor and report on offer acceptance and declination rates. Provide insights and updates to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Drive and thrive in a fast-paced setting with the ability to work independently while staying team-focused and customer-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) to support efficient workflow and organization; preferred experience with Calendly.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects in a high-energy environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively connect with candidates and team members.
  • Prior experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting is preferred.
  • Remote - Full Time (40 hours a week)
  • Available overtime during peak weeks (April - September, ~ 5 months with the possibility of extension based on business needs)
