This is a remote position with required occasional travel to the Indianapolis, Indiana area. Candidates within a reasonable driving distance of Indianapolis are preferred. Prepare financial statements and analyses to facilitate company decision-making Complete efficient monthly close, incorporating Milestone templates and tools Prepare budgets and monitor performance against plan Forecast short-term cash needs and assist company in managing costs and cash flow Assess internal control environment and implement process improvements Maintain long-term projection models and help company management understand model outputs Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis Equity and cap table reconciliation Complete special projects as needed Communicate effectively with owners/management on a regular basis to establish performance expectations
