Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
- 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience including brokerage, lending, appraisals, development, or acquisitions is required.
- Exposure to hospitality assets is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Familiarity with various programs/resources such as Costar, Smith Travel Research (STR), etc.
- Understanding of financial principles (IRR, Cap Rate, etc.) and how they relate to real estate assets.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to explain your work in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
