- Cycling (or other outdoor industry) and tech industry experience is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workplace suite required
- Experience with a PIM preferred
- Experience with a CRM preferred
- Experience with GenerativeAI preferred
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Flexible and able to respond quickly to changes
- Organized and proficient at managing competing priorities
- Understands, interprets, and implements feedback effectively
