Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred and may substitute for some experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing capital projects.
- Extensive experience in project controls, including developing and managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics on large-scale programs.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction documentation, procurement processes, and standard contract forms.
