- 5+ years of experience leading data engineering teams and delivering modern data platforms at scale.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering organizations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Advanced SQL-based data modeling experience, ideally using frameworks such as DBT.
- Experience designing fault-tolerant data pipelines with robust logging, alerting, and validation.
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Talend.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools including Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality management, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize, simplify complexity, and drive execution.
