• Administer and maintain the CRM, including users, stages, fields, and data hygiene. • Own pipeline structure and ensure consistent use of sales stages and required fields. • Build and maintain standard sales dashboards and reports. • Support weekly and monthly pipeline and forecast reporting. • Monitor pipeline health and flag risks such as stalled deals or missing data. • Document sales processes, definitions, and reporting standards. • Support the onboarding of new sales team members on systems and processes. • Act as the primary point of contact for sales systems questions and issues. • Continuously improve sales operational workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
