Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth, or distribution
- Proven history of building or rebuilding a channel from scratch (0 to 1) rather than just maintaining one
- Strong operator instincts with a "get your hands dirty" mentality and a willingness to execute before delegating
- Experience working with publishers, creators, marketplaces, or similar partner ecosystems
- Comfortable in a client-facing role with the ability to contribute effectively on sales and strategy calls
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable playbooks
- A deep interest in how AI and LLMs are changing the discovery and distribution landscape
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment
- Suggested Skills
- 2-3 years of experience working in an agency or services environment
- Prior experience launching new service lines or scaling a business unit
- Familiarity with performance-based partnerships, rev share models, or network platforms
- Experience using affiliate platforms such as PartnerStack and Impact.com
- Experience managing small teams in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment (B2B/B2C)
- Salary
- The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 – $135,000.00 base, $130k – $165k OTE.
