Job Description

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional analítico(a), ágil e comprometido(a) com excelência, para atuar na elaboração de planos de negócios voltados a processos imigratórios nos Estados Unidos. Aqui, você terá autonomia, contato direto com demandas estratégicas e participação em projetos que impactam carreiras e trajetórias internacionais. Elaborar business plans completos, em inglês, com foco em processos imigratórios. Desenvolver o primeiro draft do plano em até 1 semana. Adaptar cada plano de acordo com o perfil profissional e objetivos do cliente. Realizar ajustes e revisões com base em feedback interno e do cliente. Manter disponibilidade para alinhamentos e eventuais revisões dentro do horário comercial da Flórida (9h às 17h). Garantir qualidade técnica, clareza estratégica e coerência nas projeções e estrutura do documento.

Job Requirements

  • Inglês fluente (escrita e leitura obrigatórias).
  • Experiência comprovada na elaboração de business plans (mínimo de 2 anos).
  • Vivência na construção de planos para diferentes segmentos e perfis profissionais.
  • Conhecimento em fundamentos administrativos e estruturais de um plano de negócios.
  • Perfil organizado, responsável e com facilidade de comunicação.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação no modelo PJ.
  • Experiência com business plans voltados para imigração ou mercado internacional.
  • Agilidade na entrega e facilidade em trabalhar com prazos estratégicos.
  • Perfil proativo e orientado a soluções.
