Job Description

Are you a detail-driven Web Producer who thrives inside fast-moving marketing teams? Do you love turning mockups and content briefs into polished, high-performing web experiences? If you’re energized by structured workflows, clean CMS builds, and delivering quality releases on deadline—this opportunity was built for you. We’re partnering with a globally recognized construction technology platform to support their Marketing Web Team during a high-volume growth period. This team fuels global brand demand, drives growth, and delivers digital experiences that educate, inspire, and convert. With a robust roadmap ahead, they need a Web Producer who can jump in and execute with precision. This is a junior-to-mid level role (not entry level, not senior) ideal for someone with 1–3+ years of hands-on web production and digital asset management experience who wants to deepen their expertise in enterprise-scale marketing operations. Execute web releases and digital experiences under guidance from Senior Web Production team members Follow structured release instructions and complete QA tasks independently Build web pages from scratch based on mockups or content briefs Manage and optimize digital assets within the CMS Support marketing workflows and manage tickets in JIRA Identify and prioritize critical path tasks to ensure timely delivery Maintain a high level of detail in editor experiences (dialogs, modules, views) Work across multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed-upon deadlines Contribute to template and module system implementation Develop a foundational understanding of web success metrics and growth strategy Apply basic UX principles to ensure clean, user-friendly builds

Job Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of digital/web asset management experience
  • Hands-on experience with a headless CMS (Contentful preferred; others considered)
  • Prior experience using JIRA (required)
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level customers directly or through an agency environment
  • Solid understanding of asset management and optimization tactics in a marketing context
  • Working knowledge of UX fundamentals
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently within established workflows
  • Fully Remote (U.S. based)
  • Eastern Time Zone preferred
  • 6-month assignment (extension not guaranteed)
  • $33/hour
  • Weekly pay + benefits
