Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and productivity software (Google Workspace or similar).
- Ability to exercise discretion, professionalism, and adherence to the professional code of conduct.
