Job Description

The Senior Strategic Consultant will drive the successful adoption of CluePoints’ AI-powered platform, focusing on risk-based quality management (RBQM) in clinical trials. This role involves: Direct customer engagement to assess challenges Developing strategic recommendations Leading change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption Collaborating with Professional Services, Customer Success, and other teams at CluePoints Optimizing rollout and refining adoption strategies using data-driven insights Mitigating adoption risks With 12+ years in clinical development, deep RBQM expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills, the ideal candidate will enhance trial efficiencies and identify opportunities for business growth.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in clinical development (clinical operations, data management or central monitoring) with demonstrated expertise in large scale transformation or change initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience in a role directly related to delivery of RBQM, with deep understanding of different approaches to RBQM and relevant ICH requirements (E6 R3, E8 and E3)
  • At least 5-10 years of customer support, professional services or consulting support required
  • Change management experience preferred
  • Program and project management experience preferred
  • Experience with direct customer interactions & stakeholder management skills at executive, senior leadership and middle management levels
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience of creating value cases and operating models for change initiatives
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple customers/programs/projects in parallel
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Remote location okay (US & Europe initial employee targets) - East Coast preferred in US, but qualified candidates in other time zones in US may be considered
