JOB OVERVIEW WK Kellogg Co is seeking a Senior manager, Promotions & Partnerships to lead the development and execution of national commercial programs that drive growth. This role owns end-to-end activation of promotions and partnerships – from strategy through in-market execution – working across internal teams and external partners to deliver programs that perform at shelf and online. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong commercial judgment, disciplined project management, and the ability to lead. KEY RELATIONSHIPS Reports to Senior Director, Omni Marketing No direct reports, although works closely to lead many cross-functional stakeholders Key internal contacts include supply chain, legal, commercial strategy, finance, omni-marketing, sales leadership, brand marketing, and Ferrero Luxembourg partners. External contacts are third party IP partners, and marketing/creative agency partners This is a Remote role based in Chicago, IL. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Commercial Program & Activation Leadership Lead the ideation, development, and execution of national promotional and partnership programs, including insert programs. Own end-to-end activation management, serving as the primary point of contact from concept through execution. Develop activation strategies in partnership with Commercial Strategy and Sales leadership. Oversee creative development across packaging, in-store materials, and digital assets. Manage program budgets and timelines to ensure on-time, in-full delivery. Partnership & Agency Management Lead day-to-day management of complex external partners, including IP partners and agency teams. Ensure clear roles, accountability, and performance expectations across partners. Build strong working relationships that enable speed, quality, and business impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Omni-Commerce, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Strategy. Lead cross-functional meetings to drive alignment, decision-making, and executional rigor. Work with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and execution readiness. Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met. Omni-Shopper & Performance Focus Ensure all activations are designed to meet the needs of the omni shopper—both in-store and online. Evaluate program performance and apply learnings to evolve future activations. Support longer-term portfolio and brand strategies through strong commercial thinking. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5–7 years of combined experience in marketing and/or sales. Proven experience leading complex commercial or promotional programs. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort with senior leadership. Fact-based selling, negotiation, and influencing capabilities. Highly organized, structured, and results-oriented. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Brand marketing experience. Sales or commercial strategy experience. Experience working with external partners, agencies, or IP/licensing partners. Salary Range: $143,600 - $179,500 Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
