Job Description

This role involves working with families to provide information about benefit options and customized protection plans. Meet virtually with families who have requested information about their benefit options Present customized protection plans based on client needs and budget Guide clients through the application and enrollment process Maintain organized records and provide follow-up support Participate in weekly training and professional development sessions Pre-qualified appointments are provided. No cold calling or door-to-door outreach.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a dependable work ethic
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or other client-facing roles is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state life license (licensing support provided)
  • Full-time availability
