This role involves leading event-level financial oversight, budgeting, and accounting operations for a live entertainment startup. Lead cost forecasting and budgeting for live events (venue rental, staging, lighting, production, etc.) Perform project-based accounting and financial modeling to determine event profitability Reconcile event budgets on-site to prevent cost overruns Transition Accounts Payable from outsourced to in-house operations Oversee internal Accounts Receivable processes Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial planning and growth initiatives Support the continued build-out of the internal accounting infrastructure Travel to live events approximately 5–10 times annually
