Job Requirements
- Bring 13+ years of experience driving lifecycle monetization in PLG SaaS and/or subscription businesses (self-serve/SMB), with clear revenue ownership at scale.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of driving revenue impact through lifecycle programs, experimentation, and optimization.
- Collaborate effectively across Product, Data Science, Analytics, Ecommerce, and Finance, influencing without direct authority.
- Leverage deep fluency in product usage analytics, cohort analysis, predictive modeling, and LTV frameworks to guide decisions.
- Operate with executive presence and strong judgment, balancing automation and personalization across lifecycle channels and platforms.
- Possess broad experience in multi-channel lifecycle marketing, driving strategy and execution across email, push, SMS, app notifications, and in-product messaging.
- Demonstrate experience contributing to SMB, B2B go-to-market strategy, including PLG motions, self-serve monetization, and cross-functional alignment.
- Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $126,500.00, Maximum: $276,700.00
- In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, and equity value.
- Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
- We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
