Job Description

We are looking for dedicated, long-term partners for 100% remote Executive Assistants to support US-based clients. Successful candidates will be hired through Atlas Assistants and matched with a dedicated executive, with stable client partnerships and structured support. We're looking for operations-minded EAs who don't just manage tasks, they engineer better systems. If you're already using AI tools to work smarter, or you're actively building that skill set, you'll fit right in here. Expectations Transform Chaos with Structure: Our clients need order-creators. Does the idea of turning ambiguity into clarity excite you? We'll equip you with tools, but you'll need to implement them proactively. Exemplify Proactive Resourcefulness: While we're here to support you, we expect initiative. Can you find solutions independently, knowing when to seek help strategically? The ability to solve problems without constant executive input is crucial. Deliver Excellence Consistently: Your background matters less than your ability to perform. Whether you're an EA, operations specialist, or customer service pro, can you maintain high standards for your executive? The Ideal Candidate Strategic Calendar Management: Master organization skills to prioritize and schedule effectively. Communication Hub: Streamline inboxes and manage correspondence. Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs and act proactively. Decision Support: Gather and analyze relevant data to support executive decision-making. Adaptability and Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing remote environment. Executive Buffer: Handle routine matters independently to free up your executive's time. Personal Support: Manage a wide range of personal tasks for your executive. AI-Augmented Execution: Use AI to draft communications, summarize information, and automate repetitive tasks.

  • Near-native level of English proficiency in speech, writing, and reading.
  • At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, executive assistance, or other client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally in a start-up context.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • This is a dedicated long-term engagement. We are looking for career-minded professionals.

  • Comfort with or curiosity about AI productivity tools.

Benefits

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from your preferred location.
  • 10 paid days off, unlimited sick leave, and 7 holidays (4 major + 3 of your choice).
  • Increases and bonuses based on your performance and client feedback.
  • Potential opportunities to expand your experience and network through working with our clients.
  • Kickstart your journey with our comprehensive, paid Atlas Executive Management System (EMS) training.

  • We prioritize finding new opportunities for our high-performing team members.
  • Monthly retainer starting from ~$1,000 USD, with higher compensation available based on your skills, experience, and client fit.
  • Is This the Right Role for You?
  • Before you apply, take a moment for honest self-reflection. This role is unique and demanding. Ask yourself:
  • Are you energized by constant change?
  • Can you seamlessly switch between high-level strategy and detailed execution?
  • Are you prepared to be a true partner to your executive, managing both professional and personal matters?
  • Do you view feedback as a gift?
  • Can you make decisions confidently in high-pressure situations?
  • Are you committed to continuous self-improvement?
  • Can you maintain your own well-being while supporting others?
  • If you answered "yes" to these questions and felt a mix of excitement and nervous anticipation, you might be the exceptional candidate we're seeking.
  • This role isn't just a job—it's a catalyst for personal and professional transformation. If you're ready for the challenge, we're excited to meet you.
  • Please submit your CV in English.
