Job Description

In this role, you will lead the growth and retention of key mid-market accounts, driving strategic relationships across executive and operational stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, building trusted partnerships, and ensuring clients realize the full value of technology solutions. Your work will involve collaboration with marketing, partner, and internal sales teams to generate pipeline, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You will also mentor and influence cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and contribute to regional revenue growth. Success in this position depends on your ability to engage with C-suite leaders, navigate enterprise environments, and exceed sales targets consistently. Develop and manage relationships with mid-market clients, presenting the value of solutions to executive stakeholders. Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership. Collaborate with partner and marketing teams to support prospecting, lead generation, and account development activities. Conduct presentations, webinars, and meetings to generate qualified leads and educate clients on product capabilities. Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain robust CRM data hygiene. Support team initiatives by sharing insights, best practices, and market intelligence to optimize regional strategy. Travel as required to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales, including generating and closing large, complex transactions.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and drive business growth within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executive contacts to influence decision-making.
  • Strong team orientation and capability to leverage cross-functional and virtual resources to close complex deals.
  • Experience evangelizing solutions, building new business, and working with channel partners preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, organizational ability, and proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems.
