• Financial Operations: Own the "Order-to-Cash" cycle. You’ll manage customer invoicing, navigate customer payment portals, and handle collections. • The Books: Lead the end-of-month cleanup in QuickBooks, ensuring our CPA has a "push-button" experience for tax and reporting. • Global Payroll: Own the end-to-end payroll and workforce lifecycle, executing bi-weekly payroll for FTEs via Rippling, while building a scalable system for managing and paying our global network of contractors and vendors. • Expenses: Administer our integrated expense and payroll stack by managing corporate spend in Ramp and ensuring all taxable fringe benefits and reimbursements are accurately captured and synced into Rippling payroll. You will own the 'source of truth' for employee total compensation, ensuring that every gym stipend, home-office reimbursement, and company-paid benefit is correctly taxed and reported. • General BizOps: Partner with our Leaders to automate and tackle any other business operations initiatives across R&D, People, Sales & Marketing, etc.
