Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in asset management, business management, contract negotiations and management, or operations roles, in Solar PV or Renewable Energy industry.
- Strong attention to detail, pride in work product, communication and organization skills.
- Experience in reviewing financial reports and providing detailed analysis.
- Familiarity with industry-accepted solar project agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Curiosity and passion for driving the renewable industry forward.
- Ability to dive into solar asset performance data and provide process, equipment, reporting, and management improvements.
- Problem solver that is driven towards process improvement.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
