Job Requirements
- BS Degree (or in-process) in business, engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Five (2) years of previous Accounts Selling.
- Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- An outstanding track record of influencing others and decisions while making a positive impact.
- Energy, initiative, and results orientation.
- A progressively responsible career history.
- A high level of business acumen and the quantitative/analytical capacity to understand complex sales processes.
- Ability to learn the US Government market and the related procurement and contract regulations and processes.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform customer support functions.
- Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, Google Suite and JD Edwards ERP system preferred.
- Collaboration with Account team to execute the Account strategy and programs in the region.
- Strategic selling skills, effective negotiating skills, and commitment to customers are required.
- Collaborative work style, one that solicits ideas and shares information to develop creative solutions and winning strategies across the Stryten Energy sales organization.
- Resourcefulness and creativity, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Technical competency and be PC proficient, including Salesforce.com, standard business software and the Internet.
- Integrity, team orientation and desire to overachieve.
- Estimated overnight travel for the position is 25%.

- The salary range for this role is: $120,000 - $130,000 per year.
