Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive research on the payments ecosystem and perform market analysis in the international remittances and payments industry across key regions. • Design and implement effective lead-generation strategies. • Create engaging, customized presentations to communicate Remitee's value proposition to prospective clients. • Support active management of existing client accounts by identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships. • Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships. • Work closely with Commercial, Ops, Tech, Legal & Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. • Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service improvements. • Use analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) to produce reports, identify trends, and guide decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within fintech, payments, banking, or digital wallet industries (preferred).
  • Experience developing commercial partnerships in Central America and/or the U.S. is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Advanced English is required.
