The National Web Sales Consultant provides sales and consulting services to trade, design, industry partners, and web customers, communicating with internal departments to resolve issues and complete transactions. This role involves handling incoming sales leads via online channels like email, phone, and webchat, and assisting customers with product and sales questions for decorative and architectural lighting projects.
