Job Description
• Lead and manage the Client Sales team for East Region
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop the Client Sales team and their designated territory
• Develop and execute strategies for quickly developing add-on sales
• Articulate the value proposition of the product and service to convert prospects
• Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
• Assist Client Sales Team when closing new business
• Travel to meet with prospective customers
• Attend trade shows and conferences on the company’s behalf and travel to meet with existing clients as needed
Job Requirements
- Experience leading and developing teams of 5+
- Demonstrable success of selling, prospecting, and building new business pipelines with financial institutions and/or online banking
- High ethical standards and determination to success
- Experience closing deals
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization, including C-level
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications
- 5+ years’ experience carrying or directly supporting a quota
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and accountability to generate new sales
